Do not give these people .01! They are sloppy, rude, and forget about you. DO NOT USE! Finally had to cancel after a MONTH of not receiving our vehicle. We are a military family and were screwed. We had to sell our car because I couldn't get back to VA to arrange another company. customer service man called me "arrogant crap" when I asked why our car hasn't been shipped.
