In August 2013, I had several arduous attempts negotiating rates and delivery times with various auto shippers to arrange transport of my vehicle from Mission, BC to Halifax, NS. I was ready to quit negotiating and sell, until I was fortunate enough to make contact with AutoRail.

1. Their office staff was reachable, courteous and professional, providing me with clear details on the pickup process in Mission, BC and the delivery process in Halifax, NS.

2. The move was promptly arranged with due process. I delayed shipment on a few occasions, due to timing delivery of my winter tires to my vehicle in storage. Gerry at AutoRail was patient and accommodating, making travel RE-arrangements for my vehicle, now having the extra set of tires in the back! The pickup and delivery from Mission to the rail yard in Vancouver is 60km, all facilitated by AutoRail.

3. AutoRail delivery time was quoted approx, 15 to 30 days from the time of shipment from the rail yard in Vancouver, BC. My vehicle actually took less then 2 weeks to arrive AND I was delayed in the pickup of which they kindly offered free storage for as long as I needed.

4. The terms and conditions were clearly stated and favourable - as with the other carriers with whom I contacted, the shipping fee had to be prepaid.

I am so pleased that my vehicle shipped across Canada with little or no stress! I would recommend AutoRail to anybody and would undoubtably use them again if need be.

We ship between 500 and 1000 units per year.. and those who comment about the positive experience is sometimes hard to get them to do.. as people are busy and don't have alot of time to respond...!!
