Please be advised that we have attempted to provide this client back a full refund.
The client has refused to accept the payment...
The Client agreed to remove this bogus review... but we asked for a letter signed to confirm that this would be completed before being provided a password for the remaining half of the funds.
The client has refused to comply to our terms...
After all we have been advised that he ended up providing our interline transport carrier who intercepted our shipment for a lower price cancelled our service and gave them the order for a price lower then our price...
The client.. expects us to refund him... with out a letter.. we are not going to refund him....
He post a review... to this site knowing very well he screwed us over.. and as well we are not to happy with the Driver Broker who offered him a lower rate..
We have tried to provide him a full refund with out the deduction of the $ 500 cancellation fee... and still he refuses...
What more can we say... but good for you for getting a lower price ... You signed a contract... we did our best to make it happen... and we told you we would.. but you made the decision allong with the other carrier who btw we will never use again....
We are still open for discussion ,, send us the letter and you can receive the funds..
It is very simple... otherwise all you have to do is repost the nasty message...
I guess its our turn to post something about the client....
