I had to back out of the deal on the day of pickup. As per their contract that cost me $250. Fine. I worked for over 3 weeks to get a refund of the remaining amount, sending 4 faxed requests and making numerous phone calls. I had to go through my credit card company in the end. They seemed fine in all other respects I encountered.
