It was my first time shipping a car and I was very skeptical and reluctant about the process. I was contacted by a few companies about moving my vehicle requesting that I do business with them. Some made promises and never followed true. I was at the point where I decided to do the drive myself because these brokers were lying so they could have my deposit. Everything was a real mess until I spoke to Paul from Auto Ship Transport. Paul was so help and honest about the whole process and assured me that he was here to help despite my previous experience with other brokers. I was very impressed because he was able to find me a driver in less than TWO hours while other brokers couldn’t find me driver in 24hrs. Other brokers try to get my deposit without a contract and no drivers and to make matters worse they don’t return youR calls but with Auto Ship Transport Paul provided me with exceptional customer services. The only issued I had with Paul is after he received my deposit and find me a driver I was unable to get in contact with them. Beside that fact, my overall experience with Paul was great. My shipment was picked up and delivered on time. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them a thousand times to anyone who is trying to ship a vehicle.
