Amazingly fast once the credit card info was sent in. However, for $195, this broker was not 100% clear on certain billing facts. (Thought entire cost was billed to a c.card, but learned from driver, only their fee had been charged, not the actual driver's company). Therefore I had a 'C.O.D.' scenario and I had to scramble for $400 in cash to conclude the deal.
Also during initial contact, the person I had dealt with was terminated, but her voice mail and e mail were on. I had left voice mails to a person that was not coming back. I finally called the main 800 # and the scheduling was fast. I do credit them for that.
So aside from the lack of clarity of the billing, and the fact I had started the deal with a person who was terminated mid-stream, the overall effect was positive. The car, a classic, was delivered safe and ultimately for what I thought a fair price. Hard to complain about much else when that happens.
