From the time of first contact until delivery the service was excellent. We were kept aware of activities by telephone on a regular basis. The truck arrived sooner than we expected. The vehicle was picked up on a Saturday morning and delivered the following Tuesday afternoon. Pick up and delivery points were as we requested. The contract guaranteed a 5-day delivery and actually the vehicle was delivered in 3 days.
