They never told me their cancelation policy over the phone when I agreed to have them ship my car. I canceled the next day and they told me they were charging me $195.00. I told them I wasn't going to pay it and I refused the charge on my credit card. The credit card company tells me now that they don't have to disclose their cancelation policy at the time of sale. So now I am stuck with a $195.00 charge and they did nothing for me. Never use this company. The laws should be changed so cancelation policy has to be disclosed at time of sale.

What Mr. Requena fails to mention is that he double booked this move. ASA provided him excellent service and dispatched his car the very same day his contract was received. When our driver went to pick up, the car was gone, picked up by another trucker. Double booking is frowned upon in this industry, two company,s will do the work, but one will lose time and money. ASA,s performance was exemplary, which is what we endeaver to do for all of our customers.
