I received a call from Denise in reguards to my online quote to ship my car to MA. She was VERY personable and knowledgable in reguards to my needs. I was receiving many quotes from all over. Denise was not the cheapest, but she walked me thru some online information about ALL carriers and their company ratings. I gave here the names of customers calling me with quotes and we both looked them up online to see the ratings and their customer service remarks. There is some SHADY outfits out there, so beware. I had quotes ranging from 400.00 TO 1100.00. Denise went above and beyond what she needed to explain to me how everything works, as this was a first for me. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that if I were to ship a car again, Denise would get the call. Denise followed up with me EVERY day until my car left my house, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I had a question for her she had the answer, if she didn't know, she asked me to hold on and she would get it. Anyone wanting to ship a car somewhere, definatley call Denise.
