My bank account was debited twice for the brokerage fee for the pickup of my car. Although I had no problem with the car transport, I have asked Auto Shippers America repeatedly for several months now to refund the second charge to my account. I have provided them with documentation proving that I was charged twice. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At this point none of their contact information seems to work.
