What a horrible place

I have similar problems as other people on here. The customer service is rude and ridiculous. They give you a date with guarantee pick up with in 72 hours. That went and past. I call and tisha says i dont guarntee anything in life. For the next week i get its getting picked up tomorrow. My car never got picked up. I would call every day and it was put me on hold or they said i would call you back and never would. Finally i find a different company to pick up my car and deliever it. Now the fun part trying to get my refund. They told me 7-10 days. Well its been 14 days so far and noone is responding to me. This company sucks and needs to be closeD!!!!
