When Felicia called me she explained exactly how the shipment would go. She seemed very knowledgeable about the industry and really knew her job. She contacted me whenever there was a change and everything was great She had a great trucking company haul my vehicle and it was picked up and delivered on time damage free. It was a real pleasure dealing with Felicia B and Red Carpet Auto Transport and if I ever have to ship another vehicle they will be the first people I call.
