The overall experience was great. Stephanie called me right away to place a bid, i took a day to receive more bids and hers was by far the most competitive also, she was the only company (I tried 5) to actually call me. The others send a bid via email. Once the process started Stephanie was always there to answer any questions I had and I could call her directly. I would strongly recommend using her if you are looking to ship.
