This was my first experience shipping a car and Doug Whatford patiently explained every step of the process and what to expect. His honesty was appreciated in explaining the relationship of posting a low bid and the probability that it would take longer or not be taken at all. The final price I decided to post was accepted in less than 3 days and was less than what the majority of brokers were bidding to post for me. The $1400 price I paid was for two cars so and average of $700 was a good value considering I was in a rush to move the cars.

Doug offered good suggestions like photographing the car immediately before pickup and explained the bill of lading and payment process. Doug kept in contact with me the day of pickup as well as the day of delivery.

I would definitely recommend Doug and use his service again.
