Sue Garrison saved us from going with a lousy company after she saw us listed on the dispatch board with a company that turned out to be dishonest and poor communicators. We'd never had a truck shipped cross country before... we were clueless. At first we thought she was solely trying to get our business (who can blame a company for that), but Sue patiently warned us and educated us on the realities of the process and that the other company was intentionally low balling the price to lure us in. On Sue's advice, we looked up the other companies' rating and it was very low with many negative comments.
The more we worked with Sue, the more comfortable we felt. She was very thorough, educating us on the realities of cross country shipping. She was even suffering from a head cold, but stuck it out with us through the whole process. We were very pleased. Thank you, Sue!

Unfortunately there are some other companies who try to entice people with those lowball quotes. I try my best to estimate them accurately from the beginning. And I can’t tell you how glad I am to be over that cold. Tough week. LOL
