I chose magic carpet to broker the transport of my vehicles based on both their positive internet reviews and warm customer service. After speaking to the representative Bill Ross, I made up my mind to choose this company. My concerns were addressed directly and my inquiries or requests received prompt replies. The carriars were outstanding. The 2-men crew were very accommodating, very polite and very knowledgeable of their trade. The vehicle was transported perfectly from MD to CA, and 2 days earlier than expected! A very thoughtful and, certainly, a very nice touch! Despite of the stress and anxiety generated by the 2000 miles relocation, I was very satisfied with the overall experience with Magic Carpet. They did a superb job. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anybody in need of an auto transport broker.
