I recently had the privilege of working with Felicia Bond at 602-428-6872 for shipment of my car.
I found her to have a bubbly personalty, courteous, confident, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and had a good sense of humor.
All of my questions were answered pertaining to the shipment of my car and if I didn't understand something, Felicia was very patient with me and explained in detail what I wanted to know.
She was able to contact a carrier to pick up the car the very next day and that was a very pleasant surprise.
She followed up with the carrier and truck driver every step of the way and kept me informed as to when pick-up occured and when possible delivery would be made.
Everything went smoothly and I would recommend using Auto Shipping Group to anyone needing this service and I would not hesitate using them again.
