Felicia demonstrated excellent communication from the very beginning of my inquiry to transport (enclosed) an Alfa Romeo from the southern most tip of Texas to Fairfield County in CT. She was very patient as our delivery dates changed more than once due to the car not being completely ready for shipment.

Felicia was attentive and responded promptly to all phone calls and email messages. She was pleasant and professional as well as extremely helpful in fulfilling my special request for a covered transport.

The driver who picked up the car was very experienced and extremely careful in loading the car in his truck and made sure to cover the car so there as no dust. When he arrived in CT he unloaded the car and made sure that every thing was in order. He called me from the road several times throughout the day of delivery to keep me posted on his schedule and when I could expect him.

I found the whole experience a pleasant one and worry free. Auto Shipping Group is very professional and I would certainly work with them and Felicia again without hesitation.
