I was a bit nervous at first since I had never had a vehicle shipped before but right from the start Rod, made me comfortable. He explained what would occur, set expectations, and communicated with me all along the way. Even though the carrier pickup was delayed a day, he made sure I was had all the information and put me in direct contact with the drive. Great experience.
