Thank you Jennifer Stocks for making this experience as easy as possible. After my initial company did not follow through I was fortunate to have made contact with Jennifer. When I expressed frustration with the situation she remained calm, optimistic and empathetic. She remained in contact like she said she would through the entire process, she made a phone call to a driver that I didn't want to deal with or know how to deal with. The end result is it took only 4 days to get my car from California to Indiana. On top of that, I have a job interview tomorrow and I don't have to worry about renting a car! You provided customer service above par. Again, THANK YOU!
