Mathew was amazing with helping me. He was always kind and courteous, every time I called. I had to ship my car in a very short amount of time and he helped me get it done very smoothly. The pick up was a day late, but I only had requested it 5 days prior. The driver did come back and ask for a little bit more money. This was a little upsetting, especially when he arrived a day late from the day I was told my car would arrive. I also did ask if I could use a money order, to which Matt told me yes. The driver however called me and said he only took cash. Not a huge problem, but still an extra process. All in all the process was fairly painless and went smoothly. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will call AutoShippingGroup.

Its too bad that prices for shipping have been going up and I had to get some more money to get the job done, but that's just unfortunately the business right now.
