Compelled to write a good review on this firm and excellent followup from representative Julie. As a Car Dealer for over 15 years, I have had more bad experiences with Transport services than I care to remember. For once I was impressed with the Customer Service and followup calls relating to pick up and arrival. Vehicle arrived safely with no damage and no excuses for delay. Most importantly, my customer was very pleased as well. That makes me look professional, and that helps my bottom line all day long Thanks Julie, and I will book with you soon !!
