Mike, I apologize that the driver had tried to get you to pay for a service you guys were not interested in. However, this normally doesn't happen being the fact that the driver had signed the work order for a specific rate. I have taken this issue up with my dispatch. However, i feel the overall service was pretty good besides that part. The carrier picked up on time and arrived at destination early. As well as it only took myself 1 day to get a carrier assigned and they picked up your vehicle 2 days after you placed your order with our company. Again, i am sorry you do not feel we provided a 5 star service to you. Thanks!
