Sue: great, thorough communicator. I always knew where we were in the overall process. I appreciated her prompted and thoroughness to have the pick up and delivery fall between my available window. Very kind over the phone, great customer service.

Driver: called morning of to give an approximate time of arrival, which was very much appreciated and even more appreciated that he came at the projected time. Clear and kind communicator over the phone and in person. Complete professional in terms of how he handled himself and loading the car.

Great experience working with ASG, tenfold better than the last time I had to transport my car using a different carrier. I will certainly be a repeat customer, thank you!
