Melissa Fowler was the contact person at Auto Shipping group. I was initially hesitant to use one of the multiple "offers" I had on emails, but inquired about my transport needs. She was prompt, thorough and courteous, advised me of my options, and assisted me in processing the paperwork. I had to get back to her with multiple schedule related issues/conflicts and she was able to adjust the shipment accordingly.

It worked out exactly as planned- a couple of minor glitches but nothing that caused any delays or difficulties in moving the vehicle. I think overall the process can be labeled a SUCCESS.
