Lance Staab at Auto Shipping Group saved my move and was terrific to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the business and responded immediately to my urgent request to move my car across country when another shipper failed to deliver on their promises. I most appreciated his honest and direct approach and his patience in walking me through the process. My car was picked up and delivered on time and in good shape, without any hassle. Lance tracked the whole process and stayed on top of it to ensure everything went smoothly. It is not often I give my highest praise for a service company, but Lance and the Auto Shipping Groups performance and customer service warrant two thumbs up.
