This was my first experience and I searched the internet for hours trying to understand the process. This young lady Breanna called me and then took her time to answer all my questions leaving me feeling very comfortable . I was so impressed at her knowledge that I immediately used her to schedule my transport. Within three days we had a carrier and my car was on the way. She was scheduled for a vacation so I did not hear from her until she returned and promptly called to check on this transaction. While she was away another lady checked in with me to see how things were progressing and walked me through the paperwork. Everything went as scheduled with a very happy customer who will call them again in Oct/Nov to return the car to Florida. Thank you for helping me!
