Stefanie Hamilton was great in the service she provided. I utilized her to help ship two of my vehicles from New York to Arizona in March and June. She was friendly and prompt and provided great service. Additionally, I used Magic Carpet Auto Transport to ship a vehicle in 2011 from Los Angeles to New York and experienced great service at that time as well.

What I will note is that Magic Carpet Auto Transport is just a broker. The service they provide should be separated from the actual company that picks up your vehicle. In my case, both my vehicles that were shipped this year were by a company called ET Auto Transport and the truck driver name was Caleen. For my first vehicle, I picked him up from his truck since it was too big to bring into my neighborhood, he dropped me off, and drove my vehicle back to the truck. We did a thorough inspection, and when he delivered it, there was rim damage that wasn't there before. He tried to convince me it wasn't him and it was a huge hassle. He asked not to file an insurance claim and he would pay me cash, all while denying he did the damage. This was even though he inspected and said there was no damage prior to driving off. Most likely he hit a pothole while driving back to the truck and didn't want to take responsibility for it. He ended up paying me my cash 2 months later when he was doing another drop off in Arizona while still denying he did the damage (agreeing to pay me obviously shows he was guilty). Then, for my second vehicle, I unfortunately had to ship my car with him again. He asked for me to give him a receipt for the rim repair when he delivered my vehicle.. I unfortunately had not had it completed as I travel frequently for work and I let him know. He then went on to call me a liar, call my father a scam artist (my father is the one that signed for receipt of the car and saw the rim damage), and a variety of other insults. I put him in his place, and promptly went and got it fixed. I have the text messages he sent me with all the insults.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Magic Carpet and Stefanie Hamilton...but if they get you ET Auto Transport to ship your car, tell them NO and have them find another carrier.
