NY-NJ to CA SUV move

I found them over internet while researching various options for shipping my car.
I received 7-8 qoutes with in 30 mins, i picked them up because of some reviews that were positive.

The move was during busiest moving month of the year (end of june).
They gave me a quote for 1450$ but later after consultation with their rep price was changed to 1550 $ be ready for the scoop as this all depends on demand and supply.

Auto shipping group charges 250$ with is fixed.

I believe the extra $$$ was a credit to the actual truck owner.

A rep from auto shipping group explained me about the bidding that has to be done ....
The location for pick up was changed from NYC to NJ (not sure why), but i was lucky to have my friend in NJ who shipped the vehicle when i was not around.
Any how i've to follow up few times on my request.
All good in the end, the vehicle was delivered with in 3 days from NJ to CA 4 days earlier.
