Cassie was very responsive and compassionate. She explained very carefully up front what to expect in the way of delays, complications, etc. If she did not have any news of the whereabouts of my vehicle she would check in anyway to let me know she knew I had called. She covered herself and co-workers called me and checked on the status of my vehicle in her absence. My car was a day late in arriving, but the driver refunded me almost $200 because of the delay. I WOULD use this company again to ship a vehicle.
