We are actually repeat customers. We had two cars shipped from WA to MD in 2013. We had such a positive experience that we saved Felicia's number and called her when it was time to move again. The whole process was very efficient. Felicia had a quote for us very quickly and was able to get us scheduled with a driver in no time. She kept us abreast of all necessary information as it came along and always followed up to make sure things were going smoothly. She is very friendly and easy to work with. When I had questions she was always able to clarify. She does a thorough job. The driver called when he was close, arrived on time, loaded our cars quickly and safely, and worked with us to meet us at our destination in only two days time! All in all a great experience, I definitely recommend Auto Shipping Group Inc. for transporting your vehicle, and ask for Felicia. I also have to put a word in for Anna - she was very helpful, as well. We changed our destination address (within the same town) and she was able to alert the driver. We had no interruptions or delays at all. =) Great company, wonderful people.
