I must admit customer service was very good. She was like a Goddess with answering all my concerns and getting my car transported. I called her so much with questions she would answer the phone and new it was me. She was very polite and understood my worries with my car being transported so far. Only thing I didn't care so much about was the guys who picked up the car. Customer friendly just not there. Never answered the phone so I could find out where my car was. There mailbox stayed full so you couldn't leave a message. That was the only problem I had with them.

Even though you had very specific time constraints and deadlines we were able to get you taken care of 100 percent. I'm sorry you had bad communication with the driver. I tried to cover that gap in communication as much as i could but of course there is only so much I can do. Keep our number for your future transport needs, we'd love to have you again.
