I recently purchased a show car from Alabama. It was a nice experience until I needed to find a shipper. I read on the internet some of the games shippers play. I choose a shipper for a reasonable and am given all the assurances that we were all set for Friday pick up. Friday I get the we can't do it for the amount. I cancel immediately and start looking again. That's when I found Joe O'Connell with your auto group. Joe got my whole story and assured me no more joke he could help. I got a good feeling from Joe right away. He took control from there on and kept me informed every step of the way. He went out of his way even giving me his cell phone number to make me feel better about everything. The truck was assigned for pick up. A young lady called me all through the pick up. I did not remember her name but she took over for Joe and also help ease my shipping fears. These two people made the whole experience so comfortable for me. I would recommend your group to anyone wanting a great upfront experience with a reputable company to serve their shipping needs.
