The highlight of this experience was the contact with Chell Hart. As my son had made the original arrangements, I was not involved in the planning. My son ended up moving before the transport arrived, so I was left to handle the arrangements.

When the carrier did not arrive, I had the phone number of Chell to rely on. As it turned out being a weekend, I was not able to get a hold of anyone, auto shipping, dispatcher, driver; however, Chell had fortunately given me her home cell phone number and I had an email address. She went out of her way to also give me a friend's phone number, when her cell phone was not available.

I was able to get a hold of Chell even though her personal computer had crashed that day. She was very good about explaining the details of shipping an auto. She was able to contact the driver, find out why he was late, and reschedule the pickup. She was the key link with communicating between myself, my son and the driver.

As it turned out, the carrier was late in the pickup, but Chell also facilitated those last minute arrangements. Chell is surely an asset to your company.

CHELL HART ***(360) 207-5490 chellh@autoshippinggroup.com*** Carol! I was so glad I got to help you and your son with the shipping of his vehicle. I was surprised at the number of speed bumps we encounter along this route and was soo happy to hear that the car finally made it's way to Rob in good condition- even if it was late. I try to be as readily available for my clients as possible- even on the weekends. (I have a new computer so I should be able to remote in on weekends again! Yay!!) I really appreciated your level of communication and patience, Carol. Regardless of how effective I am as a broker, without the aid of my pickup and delivery persons I would have broke down on the side of the road on this transport.
