We called Julie Johnston to use her services again as soon as we new when our car needed to be shipped. Everything that Julie handled was done promptly and she was constantly in contact with me during the transportation of the car either by phone or email. The delay was due to a broken down truck by the carrier. The truck broke down prior to pickup causing a 10 day delay as it occurred over Labor Day weekend and broke down again while are car was on the carrier causing a 1 day delay. I would use both Julie and the transport company again, probably asking for a different driver with a more reliable truck.

Sorry for the delay at the pickup no control over if the truck breaks down. I was going to get a new carrier for you but you said the time frame would work out fine so we stuck with them.
