We were VERY nervous about this cross country move as it was, and then having to figure out how we were going to get a second vehicle down there without having to tow it, we decided to have it shipped.
I got on my computer and started looking at ALL the companies out there that do this, I was COMPLETELY OVERWHELMED.. So based on customer reviews, (some good, some not so good) we decided to go with a company that from what the lady on the other end explained was everything we thought we were looking for...
And then my cell rang, and I saw on the caller ID that is was another car transport company, and I wasn't going to pick up, but something told me to, and THANK GOD I DID!!
On the other end of the line was a man named Brandon, he represented AUTO SHIPPING GROUP, and he asked me for only 3 minutes of my time AFTER I told him we already secured a company..
Okay fine, well let me just say the gentleman on the other end (Brandon) was a 'no nonsense, straight to the point', a little intimidating at first, but he gave it to me straight, he basically told me, word for word, what the other company PROMISED me, and I was floored, and that's when it hit me, This guy knows what he is talking about, and after about 10 minutes of negotiation he had us...
AUTO SHIPPING GROUP is a no nonsense, get your car there ON TIME, drivers who know what they're doing, TRUSTWORTHY, and on top of all that they are easily contacted, ANYTIME I had a question, regardless of the importance, there was ALWAYS a real person who answered, and if they weren't sure, they had phone numbers handy to send me to someone who knew exactly what I wanted to know...
SO if your looking for a shipper, PLEASE listen to what BRANDON has to say BEFORE you give your valuable asset to another company.. He doesn't believe in 'sugarcoating', but I am so grateful for the service they provided.
It was one VERY IMPORTANT part of our cross country journey that from the start we had NO WORRIES, because they DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU, nothing less then SATISFIED....
