I was concern about shipping my SUV, I did not have previous expirience but I heard ugly hystories. Then I went to the internet and start my reserch. One of the first I contacted was AutoShipping Group Inc. But I wanted to have a comparable so I called other companies, some of them asked me to pay inmediatle the down paymen in order to have a business; others keep me in hold, after that I went back to Auto Shipping Group again, and I was attended by the same person I contacted first: Kathy, she was a very professional, efficient, not hurry me,etc. The buisness run as it was offered. They did not ask me any money front only when they have the price established. No surprices, no extra charges. Kathy was with me all the time the trip last. She kept me inform during all the shipping. She contacted the secondary person in CA when it was need it. Alex, in CA called me as soon as I got LAX and the very next day at 10 AM I had my Pilot in my home door. Alex was too a very professional one. Based on my personal expirience I do recomend this Company.
