After having a nightmare with a previous transport company, Chell was a Godsend. She had amazing customer service and communication, which is rare commodity these days. Chell made my skepticism and concerns fly out the window with her professionalism and courtesy. She went above and beyond the call of duty to secure a transport for our Delorean. The cost was very reasonable and I was very delighted with the time frame of the whole process and the cost. If I ever purchase another car that needs to be transported, I will pick up the bat phone and call Chell for help. Words can't describe how amazed and excited we're to have found Chell and Auto Shipping Group. Chell has made my 5 year old so excited with the transport of this dad and son time machine project. We had given up hope on this car arriving to Utah, but Chell is a miracle worker!!! Please call Chell if you need a car transported as she is a modern day crusader for her customers.

I hope you and your son create many wonderful memories fixing up the Doc's ride. (I still want pictures!) I have to admit, I was a touch worried that this route was going to cost you more than we ended up realizing in the end, but you're willingness to meet that carrier at a larger, more-on-route location made all the difference in the world when it came to settling out the cost with the transport company.
