Stephanie was great, very prompt, answered all my questions, and was able to meet all my needs!! She reviewed all the guidelines and made sure that I was comfortable before we finalized all the details. Our car was picked up on time and was delivered to the destination within the time frame per the contract. The driver called a day in advance and twice on the day of delivery to confirm the actual drop off time and place. Stephanie followed up after delivery to make sur evytging went well.
