It took a while to get a date settled; we were moving and needed something specific. Robert was very kind in dealing with us which was an experience we did not get from other companies. Our driver didn't contact us so we had to call a few times to find out when he was coming. He was late, said he couldn't drive down our street and told us to meet him down the road, that it wasn't too far and that we could just walk back. We were supposed to hear from the driver again about delivery-we didn't know dates or times. We kept being told they's call but still nothing. Finally we got the call and they showed up very late at night. Robert was great to deal with, the drivers not so much. There's an option to say the car was dirty-of course it's dirty it was on an open carrier across the country.
