Stephanie, was very responsive, thorough and vigilant in getting me my quote, follow through with details of the transport once the order was processed. She was very quick to respond when they was an issue with directions and needs in the midst of organizing the pickup of the vehicle.
During the trip she gave me updates as to the status. Communication and execution was excellent.
