It was reassuring to have one contact person with your company. Felicia was always available and kept me informed of every step in the process. Since this was a new experience for me, it was particularly helpful. During the weekend I changed the location of the delivery and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend your company to a friend and that is due to Felicia's great customer service.
