read the reviews in the web regarding Auto Shipping Group. I was terrified and had so much regret that I closed a deal with them. I was able to talked to Jeff, then follow ups by Julie Kratz. They both sounded sincere, professional and reliable, that alleviated my anxiety. I just had a deal with another auto shipping company and it was a bad experience esp with customer relations.
Ms Julie Kratz was with me in every step of the shipping process. She would text and call customers for updates, follow ups and made sure that before the holidays there is a contact person just in case you needed customer service.My car is going to be shipped from California to Virginia. I was told of a date to be delivered , however it it was ready to be delivered earlier than expected. I am currently in NY, and I have nobody who will receive the car in Virginia. What made it more complicated, the office of Unified Transport kept insisting that they want to drop it off to Walmart near my apt is, or the other choice of going to New Jersey Walmart to receive my car. I spoke with the apt manager for a favor to receive my car and I cannot do that to somebody I am just begging for help. But then, the transporter insists on delivering according to their terms. I already verbalized I am so regretful and disappointed of getting this shipping company. After all that was straightened up by Julie Kratz, I realized how IMPORTANT it is to have a middle person in this kind of transactions. Ms Julie is very EFFICIENT, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL,PROACTIVE. she was on top of this!
She herself did an extra mile of her service and professionalism. she coordinated with the apartment manager for delivery issues, she spoke with the dispatcher that it wasn't right....she is just awesome ! Her customer relations were excellent that I felt I was treated like her family member with so much care, promptness and reliability. The trust that was lost was brought back by Ms Julie Kratz. She really is a great asset to this company. If in the future I will be recommending this auto shipping company, I absolutely will only because Ms Julie mirrored this company with honor and respect that they are trustworthy, reliable, efficient. She is a precious worker, worth keeping. CONGRATULATIONS and special THANKS to you Ms Julie and for the Auto Shipping Group....the shipping of my Toyota Corolla was a very good experience! God bless you Ms Julie and your office!!!
