The representative, Julie Johnson of Auto Shipping Group Inc., I dealt with was knowledgeable and understood my situation. I needed to transport a vehicle that my 93 year old father could no longer drive. Julie understood my situation and helped me in dealing with the anxiety of moving my father's pride and joy. The first driver's truck broke down and was unable to complete the move in the time I needed. Julie arranged for a replacement truck and that went without any issues. Julie knew the general area of the origination location as well as the destination. That helped ease my father's fears. The driver that Julie arranged for was very kind and obviously understood the value of the vehicle to our family. I would definitely use them again.
