I came to use ASG indirectly because the transporter originally recommended by Connicelli Toyota never got back to me with information I required. When I "googled" Red Carpet Auto Transport it was identified as a member of ASG. I initially spoke to Sam Anderson who quoted an acceptable price for the job. Because the car was to be shipped from Connicelli Toyota in PA I worked with Kim Freiley, thereafter. Kim was informative, readily accessible and easy to work with throughout the process. When a transporter was identified she explained that transporters were permitted to re-bid the price, which occurred in my case. After I accepted the new price, the transporter, White Bull Express, was one day late in picking the car up at the dealership due to weather BUT still delivered it to its destination earlier than I had expected and in excellent condition. So, all in all I was satisfied with the service from both ASG and White Bull Express and would use them again.
