Best customer service I've received from any company I've dealt with, not just transport. Brandon at Auto Shipping was super nice, called me a lot to make sure things were on track. Didn't hide like I had customer reps do in the prior transport experience. He really seemed to care. The driver was also great. He was a little late, but to be expected in freight. He also called a lot to check-in. The overall experience was a perfect one in my eyes.
