Felicia was helpful person. It is the first time that we ship our car and we needed to ship it as soon as possible. Felicia arrange for us a courier that tool our car the day after we call her. The shipping didn't take long which we were afraid of because of the holiday. Felicia call us many time before the carrior took the car and after and the day after the car arrived. She made us feel that we are VIP customer. If i will ship my car i will defiantly call this company and specially Felicia.
