Jian...you booked your order with us in September 2014 and your transport concluded in early October. Your first complaint was that you were overcharged 5.00 by the carrier. We humbly explained to you that the Five Dollars you said were overcharged came off of the deposit, meaning we charged 5.00 less there and the agreed upon total rate was the same. The next complaint was that you had grease or oil stains on the interior of your vehicle. We contacted the Carrier informing them, received copies of the Bill of Lading you signed at delivery, where you noted no interior or exterior damage to your vehicle when you received it. We provided you the insurance information to file a claim for damages but when the insurance company denied your claim and they informed you that the stains to your vehicle, in their conclusion were normal wear and tear to the interior, you got upset and posted this negative review. We treated you kindly, helped and provided you with all the information you requested, shipped your vehicle timely under the terms and conditions of the contract you signed. Three months after the transport you post this review. You are the customer and we place enormous value in all of ours. This is nothing further we can do here, your statements are inaccurate and false, we wish you the best. Greg Bailey Vice President
