Auto Transport Group arranged pick up of my car in Georgia and delivery to Colorado in an enclosed trailer. Overall experience was pretty good in that my car made it without any damage. Dan was good about contacting me when I was shopping around which was nice. Unfortunately after my car had been picked up, I didn't hear much from him. I wish I would have had better contact and updates. My car was originally supposed to deliver on Friday night/Saturday morning but the truck broke down. Things happen and I'm alright with that but nobody called me to let me know. I found out by calling the driver myself (around 5pm Friday) to see when he would be showing up and if my car would be here that night. A little careless when relating to my personal time since I have to plan on being here to receive the vehicle. The car arrived on Sunday and was in perfect condition so I'm happy about that. I would use Auto Transport Group again but not exclusively. This was my first time having a vehicle transported so maybe it's normal but a lot of reviews I've seen speak to great communication.
