Both pickup and delivery were within the window promised. Driver was very nice. Kimberly Freiley in the office was helpful. Car was delivered without any noticeable damage.

The company could give prospective customers better guidance regarding how far away the truck will be when picking up a car. I was worried that the pick-up place would be 5 miles away. It was only 1 block away. This caused me a lot of unnecessary planning and grief since I lived in a suburban area without good taxi service.

In short, they delivered my car on time, without any noticeable damage, and for a competitive price. I would hire them again.
